1. Product overview
HLUX series intelligent precession vortex flowmeter is a new type of gas flow meter produced by our company. The flowmeter integrates flow, temperature and pressure detection functions, and can automatically compensate temperature, pressure and compression factor. It is an ideal instrument for gas measurement in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries.

>Using 16-bit computer chips, high integration, small size, good performance, and strong functions of the whole machine;
>Intelligent flowmeter integrates flow probe, microprocessor, pressure and temperature sensors into one body, and adopts built-in combination to make the structure more compact. It can directly measure the flow, pressure and temperature of the fluid, and automatically track compensation and compressibility factor correction in real time ;
>Using double detection technology can effectively improve the detection signal strength and suppress the interference caused by pipeline vibration;
>Adopt domestic excellent intelligent anti-seismic technology, which can effectively suppress the interference signal caused by vibration and pressure fluctuation;
>Adopt Chinese character dot matrix display, with many display digits, intuitive and convenient reading, it can directly display the volume flow rate under the working state, the volume flow rate under the standard state, the total amount, as well as the medium pressure, temperature and other parameters;
>The converter can output frequency pulse, 4~20mA analog signal, and has RS485 interface, which can be directly connected to the microcomputer, and the transmission distance can reach 1.2km;
>The head of the flowmeter can be rotated 360 degrees, which is easy to install and use;
>The pressure and temperature signals are input by sensors, which are highly interchangeable;
