AMY series automatic production line for resin bonded polishing tools is
semi-automatic molding equipment developed by PIRE for resin bonded
tools widely used in stone and ceramics. The equipment is mainly used in
the production of elastic modules, soft abrasive, wafer polishing, resin
module and other tools. It transfers the prepared materials in molds to the
press mains, presses them in shape, and unloads molds in an automatic
fashion. It requires one operator for material and product handling and
operations of several press mains, with features of less labor intensity and
more productivity.
