Forming Machine Mop Flap Wheel
This machine is a new type of mop lap wheel forming machine. It adopts PIL automatic control, the features are compact structure, reasonable design and high production efficiency. The servo motor and PLC of this machine are all made by Delta, and the pneumatic components are AirTAC. The performance is stable and reliable, and it's easy to maintain.
This machine adopts four heads, positioning, feeding, cutting and arranging automatically, and high cutting precision. It can produce mop flap wheel forming machine,with outer diameter of 25-80mm and height of 10-50m(the number of blades can be customized, depending on the number of teeth of the steel mould).
