THE FULL AUTOMATIC FLAP DISC MACHINE consists of three parts: main engine; glue pump ; feeding rack . And it uses European standard 4080 industrial aluminum profiles, which has strong corrosion resistance, low density, light weight, and good plasticity.
At the place where we manufacture flap discs, our cutting head , turntable , workstation, robotic arm, etc. are all made of "6061 aluminum alloy". This material has high strength and strong corrosion resistance. We use CNC machines to accomplish milling, which allows for more precise processing.
For the turntable, we use Panasonic servo motors with a cylinder positioning pin system. Its operation is more efficient and stable.
