3. Barrel screw: High calcium type extruded extrusion section spraying alloy. Screw small head φ 55, large head φ 113, effective length 1225mm, material 38Crmonala high quality steel, by nitriding treatment, depth of 0.4-0.7, hardness HV850 above.
4. Heating ring: Heated by cast aluminium with stainless steel cover.
5. Machine cooling method: three-stage cooling, fan 250WX3.
6. Feeding device: screw conveyor with stirring function.

8. Temperature control instrument table: Jiangsu Huibang 8 groups, temperature measurement wire with K-type.
