Automatic production line for resin bonded heavy load grinding wheel is semi-automatic production line developed by PIRE for resin and vitrified bond grinding wheels.It is used for the semi-automatic production of press-forming bonded abrasive tools. and vitrified grinding wheels. It is applied in pressing and semi-automatic production of bonded abrasive tools. This production line realizes automation of pre-pressing of abrasive mix,pressing and forming of abrasive mix,handling of molds and grinding wheels, mold unloading, etc. so as to make less manual operations and labor intensity, to improve the production environment, to ensure the stability of production quality, and to improve the production efficiency.
