1. This product is the outer round glue (adhesive) of the flap disc, and the main body is epoxy resin and curing system.
2. This product is used at room temperature or slightly heated. The flow and dissipation on the back of the flap disc is moderate, not exceeding half the width of the blade so the blade has a better utilization rate and the product quality is guaranteed.
3. There are a few additives in this product. After curing, there is no shade on the back of the leaves, less residue, smooth and beautiful, and the bonding strength is strong and the leaves will not scatter.
4. When the flap disc is used in the part containing glue, the glue, and the blade can be properly consumed synchronously, which makes the operation more comfortable and improves the utilization rate of the louver.

Two-component epoxy resin
1. Component A is an epoxy resin system, and component B is the curing agent system
2. Proportion: Mainly A:B=3:1, also 2:1 or 1.5:1

5. Curing conditions: heat up to 85°C and hold for 180 minutes; heat up to 90°C and hold for 150 minutes; or heat up to 100°C and hold for 60 minutes.
