One-component epoxy resin flap disc outer round glue (adhesive)
1. This product is the outer round glue (adhesive) of the flap disc, and the main body is epoxy resin and curing system.
2. This product is used at room temperature or slightly heated. The flow and dissipation on the back of the flap disc is moderate, not exceeding half the width of the blade, so the blade has a better utilization rate and the product quality is guaranteed.
3. There are a few additives in this product. After curing, there is no shade on the back of the leaves, less residue, smooth and beautiful, and the bonding strength is strong and the leaves will not scatter.
4. When the flap disc is used in the part containing glue, the glue and the blade can be properly consumed synchronously, which makes the operation more comfortable and improves the utilization rate of the louver.

Two-component epoxy resin
1. Component A is an epoxy resin system, and component B is curing agent system
2. Proportion: Mainly A:B=3:1, also 2:1 or 1.5:1
3. After the components A and B are weighed, stir them evenly, then add the weighed calcium powder or other powders, and stir again until they are even.
4. Available operation time is 60-90 minutes
5. Curing conditions: heat up to 85°C and hold for 180 minutes; heat up to 90°C and hold for 150 minutes; or heat up to 100°C and hold for 60 minutes.

1. This product is a special inner circle (filling core) glue for Flexible flap disc molding machine. It is a single-component curing system of epoxy resin. 2. This product is used at room temperature or slightly heated, and has good fluidity. It can form a smooth mirror surface in the center of the flexible flap disc, which is beautiful and regular, and greatly improves the appearance quality of the impeller product.
3. The strength of this product is extremely high after curing, which can increase the rotational strength of the flexible flap disc from 16000-18000 rpm to more than 21000-23000 rpm.
4. Curing conditions: heat up to 115°C, and keep warm for 4 hours
5. The shelf life of this product: 180 days; 25°C, 90 days; 60°C, 5 days
