The plug-in vortex flow sensor is suitable for the measurement of superheated steam, saturated steam, general gas and liquid above DN200 pipeline; it can be displayed on site or remotely output; it is easy to install and cheap; the accuracy is: ±1.5%, ±2.5%
Working principle
According to the standardization organization IS07145 (Measurement of fluid flow in a closed pipeline with circular cross-section-velocity measurement method at a point in the cross-section), a vortex street velocity measuring probe embedded in a piezoelectric crystal is used to insert it into a large-diameter industrial pipeline to convert the Karman vortex frequency.
