The third generation fully automatic flap disc machine is specifically developed for the production of abrasive flap disc and non-woven flap disc. The machine can automatically detect and grasp the backing, quantitatively coat glue, cut and put flaps, shape and grab finished flap discs. With high degree of automation, it can achieve remote monitoring and maintenance, uniform arrangement of flap discs, improved efficiency and stable quality. It can produce 6000 pieces per 8 hours by single operator.

 

Auto flexible flap disc machine is specially designed for the production of flexible flap disc and vertical flap disc. The machine can manually place the backing, then automatically coat glue quantitatively, cut and put flaps, shape and automatically coat second inner glue.
