Flap Wheel Cutting Machine 
The flap wheel cutting machine is designed to cut abrasive belts and non-woven cloth into different lengths to make the final interleaf-mounted flap wheel. It can also be a pre-treatment machine to make a flange flap wheel with a straight slot and "U" shape slot type available.

This machine is a new type of shaft flap wheel for our company. It adopts PIL automatic control, the features are a compact structure, reasonable design, and high production efficiency. The servo motor and PLC of this machine are all made by Delta, and the pneumatic components are AirTAC. The performance is stable and reliable, and it's easy to maintain.
This machine adopts four heads, positioning, feeding, cutting, and arranging automatically, and high cutting precision.
