Double Arm Fully Automatic Flap Disc Machine 

KW-FD-A2  is a newest type of fully automatic flap disc making machine. It has two rotating mechanical arms, one is speciaty for loading the backing pad on index table, another one is speciaty for unloading the finished flap disc and stacking. It can be reduce the production time and efficiency increasing.

• More sturdy machine frame, TWIST type of mechanical arms of loading and unloading unit

• Glue coated with 4-30g(±0.02g), available to adjust

• The flap can be set as any angle according to requirements

• Running Test:  At our works, provide the machine test video.

• Packing: Film wrap around the machine, packing in wooden case then fix in container.

• Payment Terms: 30% T/T placing order, 70% balance by machine ready for shipment (defore despatch);

Installation & Trainning

•  2 technicians (up to max. 9 working hours a day)  
   
    Daily working day cost  $100,00 for each technicians.

•  Return tickets ( including the high speed train and air tickets ) from Zhengzhou against paid invoice

•  Hotel, meals and local transportation
 
Guarantee:
 
• Parts that have failed within 12 months after shipment due to materials or process problems, are replaced or repaired free of charge.
  Auxiliary costs and travel not being included.
 
• Except for wearing parts including moulding die, sealing gaskets, etc.;

What's the delivery time?

Normorlly the delivery time is 30 days for  1 whole flap disc production line. 

The cutting disc and grinding disc line should take 60 days - 90 days, according to your request configuration of machine.

Could you provide the installation and aftersales service?
