1. Product overview
Metal rotor flowmeter is a variable area flow measuring instrument commonly used in industrial automation process control. It has the characteristics of small size, large detection range and convenient use. The metal rotor flowmeter can be used to measure the flow of liquid, gas and steam, and is especially suitable for medium flow measurement with low flow velocity and small flow.
2. Working principle
The measured medium generates a rising force from bottom to top through the differential pressure at the upper and lower ends of the rotor of the measuring tube. When the rising force of the rotor is greater than the weight of the rotor immersed in the fluid, the rotor will rise, and the annular gap area will increase accordingly. The flow rate drops rapidly and the differential pressure between the upper and lower ends of the rotor decreases. When the lifting force acting on the float is balanced with the weight of the rotor immersed in the fluid, the rotor will stabilize at a certain position, and the height of the rotor position corresponds to the size of the measured medium fluid.
The rotor has a built-in magnetic steel. When the rotor moves up and down with the medium, the magnetic field changes with the movement of the rotor.
A. For the in-situ metal rotor flowmeter, the follow-up magnet in the in-situ indicator is coupled with the magnet in the rotor to rotate and drive the pointer at the same time to indicate the current flow rate through the dial.

For the smart metal rotor flowmeter, the follower magnet in the smart indicator is coupled with the magnet in the rotor to rotate, and at the same time drive the sensor magnet and pointer, the magnetic sensor converts the magnetic field change into an electrical signal , After A/D conversion, digital filtering, temperature compensation, microprocessor processing, D/A output, LCD liquid crystal display, to display the instantaneous flow and cumulative flow.
