Full Automatic Single-arm Flap Disc Forming Machine can realize automatic production of product process, such as automatic back pad placement, back pad detection, quantitative gluing, row pieces and cutting sand belt, automatic flap molding, automatic unloading and so on.By adding a protective cover to the machine, you can better minimize the generation of dust and debris and provide a better working environment for employees.

2. It adopts multi-station turntable, stable and accurate station positioning;
3. The gluing system adopts water circulation thermostatic control system to provide the required temperature for gluing, which is simple and efficient.
