Product Description

 

PC/ABS/PP and other profile extruder production line is mainly composed of extruder, vacuum shaping table, haul-off machine, cutting machine, material frame and other parts. It is used for extruding PC lampshade lamp tube, ABS, PP and other profile products.

Feature

 

The main machine adopts frequency conversion speed control, according to various specifications of the product configuration of different specifications of the host, shaping table using stainless steel water tray, with domestic brand-name vacuum pump, traction machine transmission for the direction of the synchronous box section, with cylinder automatic lifting and lowering, crawler type traction. Cutting length positioning adopts travel switch to cut off the length, pneumatic flip.
